Sheridan joined Bromhead in 1962 and retired as Senior Partner in 2005, finally leaving the firm in 2008. Throughout her time at Bromhead and the years since retiring, she was actively involved in the Plymouth community, supporting many organisations and helping to make a real difference.

Amongst many other lifetime achievements, Sheridan was the youngest female to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in the South West.
