Book-keeping
Our accounts staff carry out book-keeping using computer packages which link efficiently with our in house statutory accounts production system. This process ensures that cost benefits are maximised during the year- end audit and accounts completion. For clients who prefer not to out source their book-keeping function entirely, we can offer assistance and advice with specific matters, such as completion of VAT returns.
We have a dedicated team of experienced
accountants and support staff in our Business Services department which is able to provide
help and advice in setting up your own
book-keeping systems. They are also
available to coach your staff to maintain
proper books and records.
Payroll
Our payroll bureau offers an all round
administration and processing service
for payrolls using Sage payroll software.
We carry out all the necessary
calculations for PAYE, National
Insurance, statutory sick pay, maternity
pay, working families tax credit and prepare
payslips. The service includes the completion
of year-end returns as well as assistance with
the operation of Construction Industry Schemes
where applicable.
The operation of the payroll function can be
costly and burdensome for businesses and it is our aim to take some of the pressures away to enable our clients to concentrate on other aspects of their businesses.
